Born in Bucaramanga, we currently live in Barrancabermeja (Santander) Colombia. It was very hard for us when we found out Paula had alagille syndrome. We are a very united, fighting family and at times we are the most grateful family with the alagille organization for helping us not only emotionally but also financially. My husband hasn’t worked for a company for a long time, but rather he works on whatever comes his way on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to Mrs. Roberta and Cher for helping us. We already have uneasiness, but now we have one less concern in this fight daily.

My princess is in the process to be able to be transplanted in Cali with cadaveric means. I have been faking a smile for my daughter and was stressed from thinking how we were going to leave and stay in Cali for so long. But today I want to say thank you because thanks to the help the Alliance has given us, that smile stopped being fake. We also want to thank Luz Aide for being so attentive in our group to the process, and for that voice of encouragement for guiding us. We love you very much and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much that my God blesses you.

We already have 3 months waiting for a donor to come out, but I know that with God’s help it will come out soon so that my daughter’s quality of life will change 100%. Thank you for the support God bless you.
