ALGSA Collaborative Scientific Research Grant
In 2019, the ALGSA developed the ALGSA Collaborative Scientific Research Grant, a 2-year, $150,000 award, given $75k annually, to one scientist, researcher, or clinician studying Alagille Syndrome. This research grant was built and funded with the purpose and goal of greatly advancing the scientific understanding of ALGS which could lead to better treatments and outcomes for patients around the world. The grant, awarded every two years, is funded in collaboration with the Alagille Accelerator Grant, and supported by anonymous donors and the ALGSA’s #GivingTuesday campaign supported with donations from ALGSA stakeholders including community members, friends, and their networks It is critical that we continue to fund this grant so interest and opportunity in the field of Alagille Syndrome science and research continues to blossom and grow. Donate today as a personal commitment to support ALGS science!
